We want you to love your Sold Out NYC pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand off your return package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
